Needham Housing Authority (NHA) hosts an Informational Meeting for Homeowners, Tenants, Town Meeting Members, voters, public officials, and neighbors regarding the Linden/Chambers proposed redevelopment.

The anticipation is the NHA consulting team of BA+ Architects (?) and the Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) will inform the neighborhood and the public, as to the updates and to highlight the latest proposed changes in height, density, and amenities.  The NHA team has been working on the implications of the modified concepts in regards to costs, scheduling, plans for tenant relocation and the likelihood of special zoning for the neighborhood.
