The Daily Complaint: Community Room Only 1/3 Open - Hearing Today

The Linden Chambers Community Room at 5 Chambers Street is said to "open" from 9-5 Monday to Friday.  Not at night.  Not on the weekends.  And it turns out the room is not even open during the Hours it was advertised to be open. 

One resident said he dropped by at 10am the other day, and the door was locked.  I came by, yesterday, at 4pm, to set up the large screen to show the  Public Hearing on the NHA the Annual Plan.  I guess, it was simply more convenient for the "guys" to lock the doors early because that's when they were leaving work.   Why are the doors locked to the tenants?  

The Public Hearing is scheduled for today Wednesday at 10 am.
