Certain complaints regarding the health and safety of the residents

need to go directly to the Health Department, as a higher power.  The Complaint is Against the gas powered, mechanized, assault forces of an old style, inappropriate militant mono culture. And we are FOR something else, such as, Joan's Permaculture Garden.
