Planning Board Chair Adam Block informs us he intends to focus on Zoning, the proposed development, and directly related impacts.   If you hope to question the building height, the unit density, the low rise apartment style, the traffic, the encroachment on wetlands, and tree loss, well, don't worry, we are assured that if Spring Town Meeting passes the new zoning, there will be additional opportunities for public comment as the proposed re-development actually develops.   We must note there are alternatives in the February 21, 2019 NHA Facilities Master Plan regarding the land use development.  I am requesting the online version.
